Food Coffee

Food Coffee, situated in the tranquil location near the reservoir, is housed in a refurbished colonial bungalow that was built for the entertainment and rest while at the reservior. With a cafe and grill house on the first storey and the patio while you will enjoy the nature while having your meal, and a entertaining zone on the second, a "Coffee" which is a must, a game of billards, darts and of course "the Jukebox" will entertain you, you’ll surely be spoilt for choices.

Jack is a barista for 18 years, his buddy Johnny & Mikey are chef in a Grill house. Not long ago, William, who is the owner of the restaurant by the reservoir, just celebrated his 80th birthday was looking take-over his 25 years buiness. Very "old school" already a very nice place to enjoy a quite meal. The Head Chef, and some crew are retiring also. Jack sees the opportunity.

Designing & Detailing, and all the blueprints for respective vendors to work accurately on the budget and provision.

Selection & finalization of materials, accessories, appliances, artifacts, interior accessories will assist in accurate accounting for all items & fixtures.

The finale after receiving quotation & professional fees advise, there will be more tuning on provision budget usage, before "kick-off".

The allocated budget can either be raised, or the surplus can be channel to areas where it can further enhanced the total effects of the project.

Samples will be produced for client's approval before proceeding the the production. Meanwhile, the project is being carried out by the professionals.
